2004~2015PMG MINING was founded in South Africa in 2004 to carry out investment, development, construction and operating management of manganese ore mines, which achive the implementation of the whole process from mining rights application to financing mergers and acquisitions. In 2010, the controlling stake of PMG MINING' was sold to China Dameng Manganese Industry Co., Ltd. to assist the Dameng Manganese Industry to realize asset transfer and localized operation management successfully.

2006Cmang limited that is mainly engaged in ore trade and mining investment was established in Hong Kong.

2008 to todayIntegrate South African manganese ore and chrome ore resources to restructure the mine and upgrade its capacity. The proven reserves of manganese ore resources are about 200 million tons, and the chromium ore resources are about 60 million tons.

2010Introduce China's advanced industrial equipment into the African market, and get involved in mining infrastructure investment and mining equipment. AMG group has become the core supplier to international mining group such as Anglo American and Exxaro Resources.

2016Established China-Africa Mining Company in Hong Kong and joint venture to establish Gaopeng Manganese Industry. AMG acquired AME, the largest mining accessories manufacturing company in South Africa, to supply equipment and accessories for local mining companies in South Africa.

2017AMG Group and Walter Magnetics Co., Ltd. jointly established the“AMG-Huate Mineral Processing Technology Research Center”to provide professional mineral processing and capacity optimization technical services for South African mines.
